With 50 states and several US territories, there is lots to see and do all over the United States. There is something for everyone! Here are 5 places you should consider for your next vacation:

1. For the wellness enthusiast: Sedona, Arizona

Sedona, Arizona is the perfect active and peaceful getaway. Sedona is said to be home to powerful, healing energy vortexes. The four best known Sedona vortexes are found at Airport Mesa, Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock and Boynton Canyon. You can find visitors meditating and doing yoga at these sites.

Outside of the vortexes, Sedona is home to many retreats, spas and spiritual tours. You can also go wine tasting in the Verde Valley, hike or bike the 400+ miles of trails in Sedona, test your agility at the Bike Skills Park and float away in a hot air balloon! This is the relaxing getaway you didn't know you needed!

2. For the outdoor enthusiast: Gatlinburg, Tennessee

Home of the Smoky Mountains and Tennessee's only ski-resort, Gatlinburg awaits! Class-IV whitewater rafting, world-class golf and fishing and 600 miles of hiking trails are just some of the attractions awaiting you.

There are tons of places for you and your family to enjoy including the Rowdy Bear Mountain Adventure Park, with a new gravity-propelled mountain coaster and a high rope adventure course called Gatlin's Rugged Ropes Adventure Course. If you love the outdoors, this place is for you!

3. For the wine lover: Hill Country, Texas

Located in Central Texas, Texas' Hill Country sits on nine million acres, stretching across 25 counties and produces world-class wines like Cabernets and Tempranillos.

There are over 50 wineries from Austin to Fredericksburg and Lampasas to New Braunfels. You can visit these wineries all year round but October is Texas Wine Month! A visit here is any wine lovers dream!

4. For the adventure seeker: Ocala, Florida

Located about 75 minutes outside of Orlando, Ocala is the destination you didn't know you needed tucked away in north central Florida. The Ocala National Forest is home to natural springs for your swimming and canoeing pleasure.

Known as the "Horse Capital of the World", Ocala offers the opportunity for you to go horseback riding through fields. Whether you want to zipline, hike trails, go snorkeling, scuba diving or go tubing, the adventure begins for you in Ocala.

5. For the Bourbon lover: Bourbon Trail, Kentucky

The Bourbon Trail is ready for you to explore the country's most well-known distilleries and bourbon-inspired menus.

Consider starting your tour in Louisville at the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience downtown on the historic "Whiskey Row", and be sure to head to Old Forester which is the only bourbon consistently sold before, during and after prohibition.

While here, consider visiting the Muhammad Ali Center and Churchill Downs, the home of the Kentucky Derby. You can also stop by SuperChefs Cafe for an out of the world breakfast and try a mint julep at one of the many downtown restaurants during your stay!
